In the area of high-quality, technically complex special solutions with special tools, PASS occupies a secure market position that is recognised by market experts, both in Germany and abroad. Well-known firms and brands in Germany and abroad form a broad and solid customer portfolio.
In the different programme sections of the standardised special tools section, you will find tools for Thread Forming, Counter Sink, (endless) Louvers, Dimples (for welding), Half shear, Continuous Beading, Letter Marking, Ground Symbols and Hinge and Card Guides. We test all special tools on one of our 3 testing machines. You will therefore receive together with your special tool:
- general drawings
- technical settings related to your machine
- sample sheet plate manufactured on our testing machine
- on request, a dxf file to facilitate programming
With our broad and comprehensive experience in special tooling we are, for the most part, able to keep a stock of pre-manufactured semi-finished products. This generally allows us to realise very short delivery times for custom-built special tools (and in spare-part deliveries).
The delivery time for standardised special tools is 3-4 days; for complete special tools approx. 7 working days. The catalogues are using the Acrobat®-Reader from Adobe®, which has to be installed as a plugin.
