We offer free consultation, with no obligation, before the quote, to help identify the right product. The information we need depends on the product, whether it's a tool, a press, or a machine, and we clarify it together before preparing the quote.
Free consultation before the quote
We take the time to understand your application, system, and desired outcome, then recommend the right solution, free of charge and with no obligation, even when it's not part of our own range. If we don't have what you need, we tell you directly.
Tool identification by machine
The machine's make and model are the starting point. Depending on the case, we may also need the tooling system, station or guide, material, thickness, existing reference, and part drawing.
Availability and delivery
Standard press brake tools ship directly from UKB's stock in Germany, in 5 to 7 working days. For special tools and other products, availability and lead time are stated in the quote.
Assistance after delivery
If an issue comes up with a delivered product, we help you understand the situation and talk to the manufacturer when needed. We don't provide service or repairs. We offer consultation and assistance.
Quotes
Send your request by email, phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form. The quote includes the identified product, price, availability, and estimated lead time.
Technical documentation
The Catalogs page brings together catalogs, brochures, and technical data sheets for Mate, UKB, and TOX. The type and level of detail vary from one document to another; for Prima Power, documentation is determined by the machine family, through Data Consult.
How we prepare a tooling request
- 1 Send the machine's make and model, the application, and any reference, photo, or drawing you have.
- 2 We check the tooling system and ask for any information that's missing.
- 3 You receive the quote with the identified product, price, availability, and lead time.
- 4 Once the order is confirmed, we coordinate delivery from the manufacturer, per the lead time in the quote.
