Free technical consultation
Lang & Sin works directly with the manufacturers’ engineers — Mate, UKB, TOX and Prima Power. We provide free consultation on any technical question, before and after purchase. Send us your machine specifications or a description of the application and we come back with the correct solution, not with a long list of options for you to sort through yourself.
Tool identification by machine
Send us the make and model of your machine and we identify exactly which tooling system fits — system, station, catalog reference. You do not need to know your machine’s tooling system: an email or WhatsApp message with the make and model is enough. We confirm free of charge, with no obligation, usually the same working day.
Access to manufacturer stock
We work directly with the manufacturers, with no intermediate distributor. UKB keeps its own stock of finished tools — orders placed before 16:00 are processed the same day. Standard delivery in 1–3 working days by courier, or Express on request. There is no waiting time for production.
After-sales support
We stay available after delivery. If a tool does not perform as expected, or the application has changed, get in touch. We work with the manufacturers to find alternatives, optimization options or, where warranted, fast replacement.
Fast quoting
We answer quote requests by email, phone or WhatsApp — usually the same working day. There is no complicated form: send the machine make, the tool type and the quantity. We come back with a clear quote — price, availability and estimated delivery time.
Technical documents and catalogs
Technical catalogs from all manufacturers are available free of charge on the Catalogs page. They contain full technical specifications, dimensions, catalog references and operating instructions. If you need a specific data sheet or a catalog that is not listed there, contact us directly.
