Since 2002, Lang & Sin S.R.L. has been a technical distributor specializing in tooling and equipment for sheet metal working. The company was founded by Marius Sin as a Romanian-Hungarian partnership between two specialists in the field; its name comes from the names of the two founders. Since 2015 it has operated independently, with entirely Romanian capital.
We are the exclusive representative in Romania for Mate Precision Technologies, UKB GmbH and TOX PRESSOTECHNIK — the same brands we started with in 2002. Prima Power machines are represented in Romania by Data Consult S.R.L., an affiliated company also managed by Marius Sin.
We work exclusively B2B, with automotive manufacturers, job shops and sheet metal plants across Romania. We chose to grow in depth rather than in breadth: a small, specialized team with first-hand knowledge of the products we represent.

How we work
Our model is not transactional. Technical consultation is not an add-on service that follows the order — it is the first conversation, whether or not it ends in an order.
When a customer’s application does not match what we carry, we say so plainly. The point is not to sell something, it is to solve a technical problem. Some customers have left us with a recommendation to look at a different supplier. In the long run, that is the only approach that builds real B2B relationships.
When you have a technical question about compatibility, working parameters or a problem to diagnose, you reach Marius Sin or one of his colleagues directly — not an order desk.
What “technical representative” means in practice
Before the order: we identify the tooling system compatible with your machine, confirm directly with the manufacturer if there is any doubt, and explain the differences between the options that actually matter.
At the order: we coordinate delivery directly from the manufacturer. For UKB, which keeps a permanent stock of finished tools, that means availability within 24 hours and standard delivery in 1–3 working days. For the other brands, lead times vary and we state them accurately, without promising what we cannot guarantee.
After delivery: we stay available. If something does not work as it should, or a technical question comes up, there is a real person at the other end of the phone.
