Since 2002, Lang & Sin S.R.L. has been a technical distributor specializing in tooling and equipment for sheet metal working. The company was founded by Marius Sin as a Romanian-Hungarian partnership between two specialists in the field; its name comes from the names of the two founders. Since 2015 it has operated independently, with entirely Romanian capital.
We are the exclusive representative in Romania for Mate Precision Technologies (CNC punching tools), UKB GmbH (press brake tooling and dies), and TOX PRESSOTECHNIK (industrial presses for joining systems). Through our affiliated company Data Consult, we also distribute Prima Power (machines for CNC punching, panel bending, and laser cutting); Lang & Sin and Data Consult are both managed by Marius Sin. We are also an authorized 3YO Technology distributor (protection liquids for laser and plasma cutting, robotic welding, and industrial maintenance).
We work with manufacturers and sheet metal shops across Romania. Your request goes directly to someone who knows the products and can follow it through, together with the manufacturer.

How we work
We start with your application: what machine you run, what you want to achieve, and where problems might come up. With experience built since 2002, we often spot issues a buyer would have no way to anticipate.
Consultation is free and comes with no obligation. If the right solution is not part of our portfolio, that is not a problem: we tell you directly.
Technical requests go directly to Marius Sin or a colleague, who works closely with the manufacturers on compatibility and specifications.
Before the order: we identify the tooling system compatible with your machine, confirm compatibility directly with the manufacturer, and explain the differences between the options.
At the order: we confirm the price, availability, and lead time for the requested configuration, then coordinate delivery from the manufacturer. Standard UKB press brake tools ship directly from the manufacturer's stock in Germany, in 5 to 7 working days; for special tools and other products, the lead time depends on the configuration and is stated in the quote.
After delivery: if an issue comes up with a delivered product, we help you understand the situation and talk to the manufacturer when needed. We do not provide service or repairs. We offer consultation and assistance.
