Mate tooling for Amada machines
Amada is covered by two distinct Mate systems. The Thick Turret system (UltraTEC®, UltraXT™, Original Style) covers standard Amada turrets on stations A (½"), B (1¼"), C (2"), D (3½") and E (4½"). For Amada machines with the ABS clamping system there is the AMX™ system — assemblies and tool holders with full compatibility. Multi Tool (Ultra® IMT, MT, XMT™) is available on Amada Thick Turret stations with multi-tool support.
Mate tooling for Trumpf machines
Trumpf TruPunch and TruMatic machines are covered by the Trumpf Style system — OEM-compatible cartridges in Size 1 and Size 2, built from fiber-reinforced polymer and steel, available as a complete assembly or separately (cartridge / die plate). The range includes NEXT™ Insert Tooling with replaceable inserts for high performance, and M4PM™ Steel Tooling for special applications.
Mate tooling for Euromac machines
Euromac machines with a thick turret are compatible with the Mate Thick Turret range — the UltraTEC®, UltraXT™ and Original Style systems on standard stations A (½"), B (1¼"), C (2"), D (3½") and E (4½").
Mate tooling for LVD Strippit machines
LVD Strippit machines are compatible with the Mate Thick Turret range — the UltraTEC®, UltraXT™ and Original Style systems on standard stations A–E. Multi Tool is available on LVD stations with multi-tool support.
Mate tooling for Prima Power / Finn-Power machines
Prima Power (formerly Finn-Power) uses the Thick Turret system. Mate UltraTEC®, UltraXT™ and Original Style tooling is available on stations A–E. Multi Tool is available on stations with multi-tool support.
